            Este fin de semana me sorprendí con los resultados. Hubo muchos empates, pero aun más importante, tenemos nuevo líder en la tabla: el Levante. El Barcelona empató con el Sevilla que lo llevó a bajar al tercer puesto. Voy a hablar un poco sobre el partido del Barça contra el Sevilla. Habían sido ya varios partidos que el Barcelona no me había hecho sufrir de la forma que lo hizo el Sábado. El partido estuvo bueno, pero al Barça le faltó definír al frente. Luego el momento en que le marcaron el penal al Barcelona y la atajada de Javi Varas, el portero del Sevilla. Honestamente, mis respetos para Varas, gran portero. Pero bueno, no siempre se pueden ganar los partidos y esto nadamás puede hacer más fuerte al Barça. Todavía queda mucha liga.

            This past weekend, I was really rather surprised by the scores of some games. There were a lot of tied games, but most surprising of all was that we have a new leader in the standings: Levante. Barcelona tied with Sevilla which pushed them down to the third position on the table. I am going to talk a little about the Barcelona vs. Sevilla game. It had been a good while since Barcelona had not made me suffer watching a game, but Saturday’s game was one of those. The game was not bad, but Barcelona just failed to finish off their plays with a ball in the back of the net. And then there came the moment I felt the game would end nicely; a penalty kick was granted to Barcelona. But then, there came an amazing save by Sevilla’s goalie: Javi Varas. Honestly, the best man of the match, he is a great goalie and my respects to him. But hey, the game ended in a tie, and you can’t always expect to win all the games. Teams sometimes need results like these so they can learn from them and grow as a team. Here is still plenty of the season to go.
